Picture 473...

OOOOOH HIIIII!!!

Merry Thanksgiving.

Did y’all have fun yesterday?

Did you have some quality family time?

I DID!

I was going to post yesterday, but for some reason I just passed out.

I spent some time with the Grandparents.

We made cookies!

Had a fun time.

We are preparing for our family thing on Saturday.

After all that, I got home and BOOM! It hit me.

I just got really tired.

Then all of the sudden it was 8pm.

I just fell asleep and the time disappeared.

So I didn’t post anything even though I had all the photos and video uploaded.

I didn’t feel like rushing to type up the blog post.

So I didn’t.

That’s where today comes in!

I had a busy morning and now things are all chill.

That’s how it’ll be for the next few days.

I’m off tomorrow because of our family thing and as a company, we don’t work on Sundays.

So I get two whole days to relax!

Anyways, something happened this week.

I mentioned a few weeks ago that I bought a bunch of new jackets.

One of every color in the rainbow plus a few extra colors.

This way can have better color coordination with my 42 stripped shirts.

I bought all these after I finished this project and there was one that was unavailable.

….. YELLOW!

So I couldn’t even include the nice yellow coat because I couldn’t get it.

Well, I noticed last week that it said the color yellow would be available on the 27th, TODAY!

So I pre-ordered it.

I snagged it while I could.

Well to my surprise, it came 3 days early!

CHECK IT OUT!

Doesn’t that look nice?

Also that pink one.

STYLISH!

I’m happy.

Too bad I didn’t have it when I made this project.

Oh well.

SPEAKING OF THIS PROJECT!

ONTO THE PHOTO!

The scenery had changed!

We are no longer out in the wild.

We are approaching our final destination.

This photo was a spur of the moment thing.

I wanted to go to the calendar garden that's next to my aunt’s place.

I’m sure there was some yellow stuff down there.

Sadly I just never had the time to get down there.

I’m just busy all the time.

Well, the stars aligned one day.

I had a shoot right down the road from my aunt’s house!

IT WAS PERFECT.

I had a chance.

But then I got scheduled another shoot after that.

So I couldn’t spend all day there.

I had two hours though.

That was long enough.

I made sure to bring extra clothes and after my shoot, I went to the garden.

It wasn’t that spectacular.

There was yellow, but it wasn’t giving me that WOW factor.

I decided to head down the trials and I got to a familiar spot.

That’s when I saw the photo.

The trees were yellow in the sunlight, but not yellow enough.

So I knew I had to boost some colors.

But the overall aesthetic was nice.

So I went for it.

I took a few tries, but I eventually got the photo.

Once that was done, I had to make it.... YELLOW!

Taking out everything but yellow wasn't good enough.

I NEEDED MORE!

So I shifted the greens and the oranges to yellow as well.

Lastly, I cranked up that saturation slider and BOOM!

We got yellow.

COMPARE!

Hover your mouse (the computer one) over the original picture to see the after editing one.

If you're on a touchscreen device, just tap on the picture. You may have to tap more than once.

IT LOOKS WONDERFUL!!

YELLOW PERSONIFIED!

ONTO THE VIDEO!

The video isn’t as exciting as the ones before.

We are getting to the point where I start editing the photos.

And because I shot a lot of photos for this project, there’s a lot of editing.

It’s what takes up the majority of these final two videos.

WATCH THE VIDEO!

That's it.

THE END IS UPON US!

Next week will be the finale.

We finally get to where I'm going.

It's something you wouldn't expect.

COME BACK NEXT WEEK!
