In my final semester of college, I had completed the requirements for the Photography Degree. I just have some leftover classes to do like history and science. So just for fun, I decided to take a video editing class. Below are some of the videos I made for the class.

The first project we did was to film ourselves doing something simple but show it in a creative way. Half the videos were about cooking and I didn't do anything different.

Also, hidden in the description of that video was a link to this video. This version tells a subtle story with the use of color. But I felt like it was too artsy for the class.

So I never submitted it for this project, even though it was my original plan.

The next project was to do a "How To" video. We had to show hot to do something step by step. I was trying to think of a way to incorporate my VHS camera. After all, it was a video class and I wanted to use the camera for SOMETHING. So, I figured I'd do a tutorial on how I was able to record a VHS tape to my computer.

Of course, I couldn't stop there. I needed a VHS video to record.

So, I made a second "How To" video only with the VHS camera.

For the next project, we had to pick either a PSA video or a Spotlight video. The PSA video would be about something you want to bring awareness to and the spotlight video was to be something you wanted to focus on. We had to pick one, but I didn't. This whole time, I've been doing two videos per assignment instead of one. I wasn't going to stop now. This first video was a PSA about phones, and how I hate them.

This second video was another goal of mine. I wanted to incorporate Jerry... somehow.

It wasn't only my idea, the teacher of the class wanted to see it. He was the same guy how does the photography classes. In those classes, I included Jerry in one of the projects.

So he knew Jerry existed and suggested I'd do a spotlight on him. I was already going to do it regardless of what he said, but it was nice to know what he was paying attention to what I've been including in all of my college projects.
